あっても邪魔になるようなものでもないけど、特に必要性を感じないので削除します。
Intel HD Graphics の場合
[-HKCR\Directory\background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\igfxDTCM]
[-HKCR\Directory\background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\igfxcui]
ContextMenuHandlers のサブキー igfxDTCM と igfxcui を削除。
コンテキストメニューはigfxDTCMを削除するだけで消えるけど、たぶんigfxcuiも必要ないと思うのでついでに削除。
NVIDIA の場合
[-HKCR\Directory\background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\NvCplDesktopContext]
ContextMenuHandlers のサブキー NvCplDesktopContext を削除。
